Impossible to connected my smartband swr10 with my Wiko Highway

Hi,

i'm french and i try to explain my problem.
I have a wiko highway smartphone (KitKat).
I parring my smartband but it is alway disconnected.
I have installed Lifelog, Smart Connect and Smart Band.

Help me please.

Hello,

I have the similar problem, I have buy a smartband swr10 yesterday and I had try to connect him to my Xperia Z1 compact

after have download the smartband sony application and lifelog.

I had try to connect the smartband with the NFC and the phone recognize him but each time, the application launch a firmware update for the smartband and this one is not done when it's completed. the smartband is disconnect at the end and reconnect some secondes later, at this time the phone try to update the firmware ....etc ... etc...

I had waited during 30min , the phone try to update the smartband fireware 17 times and disconnect and reconnect the same number...
