Hi everyone! I'm using Xperia TX and the screen seems to have some kind of problem
You know, there are three on screen buttons for most Xperia phones(HOME, RETURN and one more) located at the bottom of the screen. When I hold the phone vertically and touch them, the buttons are not responding at all. I can only use the buttons when I rotate the screen and use the phone horizontally so the buttons will be located at the top of the screen(near the words SONY).
However, when trying this, I found out that it might not be the problem of the screen because when I use a horizontal keyboard to type, letters like A, Q, located near the bottom(XPERIA logo) still works.
That is to say, only when the three on screen buttons are located near the XPERIA logo , the bottom part of the screen is not functioning. The entire screen is working either.
I'm getting desperate T^T Can anyone give me any suggestion or let me know what is happening actually if you have encountered similar problems?
Thank you!
P.S. sorry for typing such a long passage...
Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
First of all I suggest that you try to download Xperia diagnostics from Google Play to test the touch screen.

If the touch screen works fine in Xperia diagnostics, I would suggest that you try to boot your phone into safe mode to see if the problem may be related to any 3rd party app that you have installed in your phone:

Thanks a lot! I found out that it should be the problem of the touch screen after testing. I guess I will take it to the store to repair my phone. Thanks once again for your help
Good to hear that you could find the problem. Keep us updated if you run into any problems after you get it back from service!
I am facing the same problem as yours
Is there any other way?
