There was something wrong with my Xperia Z1 Compact and I had given it to repair on 29th of September 2014 in Ganganagar Sony Mobile Service Center. The service center guy said that they cannot repair this and that they will be replacing the handset. They said I would have it by last Friday (3rd June 2014) but I still haven't got it. It was not even a month when the phone started showing this problem where it started getting restarted and was magnetic charging was not working. I really need the phone for all my office work and personal life. Its more than two weeks without the phone. The say that the phone is yet to be dispatched from Singapore warehouse. Now I don't know how much time does it takes but I have been listening to this for the past 2 weeks and yet there is no news about the phone. When I call the service center, they just give me a tomorrow's date. They tell me that they will call me tomorrow but they never do. I have been waiting for their call since the very beginning but they haven't called me yet! Every time I have to call them. I am not sure if you have the authority over this. But if you have then can you please escalate this?

When I first went to the service center, they kept me waiting for 1 hour and then the guy who was supposed to handle my issue INTERROGATED ME as if I am a criminal who has deliberately mishandled the phone. Sony teaches no courtesy to their employees. The old man was took 1 hour to type in my details and then clicking the photo of my bill. DOn't know why can't they just use a scanner to do that. It was so frustrating. I request Sony to either give me my handset back within 2 days max else refund the entire money that I spent on the phone!
