phone touch not working and at back panel getting heated when switching on the mobile

hello, i recently installed song 4.3 update, it been 2 weeks. my phone suddenlly stuck with touchscreen not being working and at the same time phone is heated up. i showed to service centre they checked it and said IC board problem, can anyone fix my issue?
