Hi! I bought a beautiful z1 compact a couple of months ago, a few days ago started to fail the power button, when I try to turn on or off the screen it does not respond is given in both cases sometimes the screen turns on and off several times quickly, it is as if the contact button fail and repeat. the phone was never near water, but maybe with some dust in the home. the body is healthy with the caps tightly closed.
that I can do? I live in Paraguay, I buy the phone from the cellular service provider TIGO and do not know which is my locality- authorized technical service.
I hope you can help me, I do not find someone else in the forums that have the same behavior
