problem in stoping the sending messages automatically while rejecting a call

when I reject an  incoming call it is automatically sending a Text message to opposite person (like a template. eg.I am bussy.call you later)

 I am loosing so much many through sending message automatically. please help me how to stop sending messages automatically while rejecting a call.
