Hi! I repaired my phone because it just turned off and didn't turned on. i have my back up (luckily) two days ago. when i tried restoring it, PCC says " The backup was made on a software version which is newer than the software on your device. it cannot be restored or connected to your device."
the thing is, my software is the same from the time i backup and try to restore it.
please help. i need my messages asap.!!!
