SD card problem

Hello, I have an SD card problem where It cannot be read anymore. Whenever I connected it to my PC, it only shows [Internal Storage]. When I go to setting>storage, The "Mount to SD.." is greyed out and I can't click it. I tried the sd card on my other phone, It too has the same problem. Is it corrupted? pls anwer

Have you tried to restart your device after inserting the microSD?

restarted a bunch of times already and still the same, I forgot to mention earlier that it happened after I transfer something into the sd card and when I disconnected and reconnect, it doesn't shows "external storage" anymore.

Connect your microSD card to your computer and format it.
