System Update

I am writing about a problem downloading xperia v system update 9.2.A.1.210 . I tried dwnload it via wifi 3 times and every time it said "could not download" after downloading 99% . I tried using Usb cable with Pc companion but after 4 or 5% downloading it stopped . 
NB : I am facing serious network problem . I thought this update could fix the bug .
