unable to make calls

Hi I cant make phone calls and my network coverage is good but when i make a call, it will hang up saying call ended. and on my call settings i have tried to enable my call forwarding option but when i enter my phone numbers it says unexpected response from network. please help. m using MTN nd SONY XPERIA Z1

First thing I would recommend is that you try using another SIM card in your phone to see if this is related to the phone or the SIM card.

 after i updated my phone with the new software when i make calls it hides the caller ID but on the settings it shows that my caller ID SHOWS MY NUMBER but is doesnt show the number still
