Unable to search pictures in google Chrome and unable to make photo's with flashlight

Hello,

Question 1:

Suddenly I cannot browse pictures in Chrome anymore. Gerenal searches are fine, but when I go to 'pictures', my phone restarts (and this can take for 5 minutes). Does anyone knows how to solve this problem?

Question 2:

I cannot make pictures anymore with a flashlight. The flash is unabled (so no change to tick the symbol to switch it on. The symbol is not activated). However:

- I do have a flashlight app on my phone (Bright Flashlight)

- I have the possiblity to go to my camera, without unlocking my phone. Then, it IS possible to make shots with flash. 

Any idea what's going on?

It would be great if someone could help me. Refering me to another topic in which it is explained is fine, of course. I've checked, but till now I couldn't find the answers.

Try performing a system repair as this will often fix issues - This will factory reset your phone

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

Problems solved!

What i did to solve problem 1:

I removed the Chrome updates (Settings > Apps > Downloads > Chrome)

Wat i did to solve problem 2:

Go to Camera > Settings > HDR mode > switch this off.
