Volume on headset not working

I been having this trouble for months

I have a MH750 headset and the volume has stopped working

I tried a different headset and still have the same problem

Is there a setting on the phone that switches it on and off or is the earphone socket damaged?

Any help would be grateful

It Depends if the phone Find's the headset or no Try doing the Smart Connect Settings Turn on the Headphones / Headset Settings in Smart Connect and plug in the headphones / headset if it find's as Headphones / headset Plugged in Its not the Earphone socket . If it does see well try lots of diffrent way turning up the volume

On the smart connect theres only "None and Track ID"

Nothing about Headset or headphones
