wet inside!

Hello everybody. Today my phone started saying no Sim card was inserted, which was not true. I then opened the back cover and found it a little bit wet. What could it be? Maybe the battery leaking?

Not a battery problem. Vibration isn't as strong as it was. Could it have been a drop of oil from the mechanism that vibrates the phone?
