My E1 dual Wifi automatically turn on... How it possible... How to stop automatic

Check in the application SmartConnect if you have any events enabled that may trigger the Wi-Fi to turn on. Also check if you have location based Wi-Fi enabled under settings > power management.

well my phone was with the default password that was a m.
More unload it and it ae when I carregor and I called the password had changed and the password to get vc write and not boot the default password so do not know what to do need help
