Hey
I accedently downloaded a kernel zip on my phone and I flashed it in CWM recovery when I had about 10-15% battery but it worked. When I selected reboot system in CWM recovery it turned off and then it didn't turn on so I thouhgt it was the battery so I charged my phone all knight but it still didn't turn on. So I tried to flash the stock 4.0.4 rom using flashtool but I can't go in to flash mode. It seems like my phone doesn't charge after I flashed the kernel. Is there anyway I can fix it or do I need to send it in for repair? If I send it in to repair how much will it cost?
If you have flashed it ie: CWM and it has failed or caused an issue then because of that you will have voided any warranty and as a result of that would have to pay for repairs - You have tried to flash it using Flashtools but as it won't enter flashmode I would think the eeprom has been corrupted
How much does it cost to fix it?
No idea you would need to contact your local Xperia care http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/ as prices may vary depending on country and availability of parts
