z2 turn wifi on cannot receive calls

hi all thanks for your support. i bought the z2 couple of days ago ,and for the 1st day all was ok set up wifi etc all great but since then its been abit of a pain. when i connect to my wifi or any wifi for that matter my phone stops recieving calls and send's them straight to voicemail i have my phone uptodate and have tried everything i can think of!! hard reset etc still it does it.

my phone works great apart from this one thing i do love it and don't want to change i did read the s5 had the same issue but samsung fixed it.... any help???

i have the z2 and it does exactly the same and has been this way for over 2 months.

my contract is with virgin media and they are blaming the fault on the android operating system and yes the s5 and also the note 3 have the same issue.

i did ask what sort of timescale for a fix but they didn't know

my dad had same problem,he went into quick settings from the swipe down at top of screen and clicked on wifi hot spot and it imediately sorted the problem!
