Hi,
The other week, my phone kept freezing everytime i went onto the web browser thats pre-installed on the phone (not google chrome). One minute it was working fine and then the next it just shows a white screen, hangs for a good few minutes and then eventually just returns to the home screen. I restored the phone to its factory settings but the problem still continued after re-starting it! Anyone else had this problem, if so any ideas what to do?
