New phone and wifi drops out regularly. Sick of rebooting. What's goung on. My phone is practically useless without wifi
Hi. WiFi issues on the XZ1 compact are widely reported now and there has been no comment from Sony (or even acknowledgement) so I wouldnt expect a fix anytime soon. Chances are it will fall within one of these threads from the past month alone:

If reliable WiFi is a priority to you I would suggest returning your new device for a refund whilst you can.
