backup on each file stops at 50% precislely

Hello there,

each time I try to do a backup by Sony companion or directly from the phone it stops suddenly.

When I do it from the phone with backup on SD card, all files stopped at 50%, not 50.2 or 50.9,all files are at 50% and nothing happen after.

Are you using Xperia Companion? Could you test it in >>> safe mode ?

thank you for your answer, yess using companion at first tries and it was not working then used directly the backup form the phone and done also with safe mode... same thing it blocks

Just to clarify, PC Companion or Xperia Companion? 

Are you trying to backup apps and photos and videos? if you are, uncheck them and see if it works.

Hi baddaddy,

When you go through the backup are you backing up all the content or only some categories, and if you are doing all of them can you please try deselecting some categories.

I only update one still the same stop at 50%.

In addition, I could not edit my back up files too it's stuck at signing in account.

I have flash latest software and I locked back my bootloader.

But I lost Drm keys. Is it cos of Drm keys?

Anyway all the rest applications was run with no issues at all.

I really need it to be done as fast as I can.

I have this same problem... All my stuff are stuck on 50%... My phone is set to back up daily or sometimes weekly and eveytime it does, it is always stuck on 50... I deselect a few but still they are all atuxk on 50%. I use the back up on my phone... I tried the email account and the sd card.
