Hi.
After 6.0.1 update I can't answer call in most occurences. I swap green button, green/red buttons dissappears and phone still ringing. At this time I can't do anything. I only have to wait to stop ringing. Then I have missing call. When I call back, everything is ok.
How to fix it?
Thank you.
That sounds like a good idea, let me know how it went!
It's hard for me to say what the cause could be, but it does sound strange. Could you try to see if the same occurs with a different SD card? That way we can determine if it's related to your specific SD card.
Fill me in once you had the opportunity to try that!
Hello,
I have 3 device Xperia Z3 Dual with this plroblem in call on line 1, this problem was start after update to Android 6.0.1 build 23.5.A.1.291 change sim cards and operators not give results. Inserting SD card not give results
Hi @AndreyK, sorry to hear that.
Could you try performing a software repair using Xperia Companion, just to see if it's software related? Let me know how it went once you've tried that.
Emir, Hi!
Xperia Companion was have mistake
"Something went wrong with the software repair
Please try again later and contact Sony support if the error persists.
Error code: UEVersionConnection
L_1919"
I have lot of attemps...
That code means that Xperia Companion failed to connect to the server when searching for the latest available Sony Mobile Update Engine. This is likely due to a Internet connection mishap, do you happen to have Xperia Companion or Sony Mobile Update Engine blocked in your firewall and/or anti virus? If so, could you try letting them through to see if that makes a difference?
Emir, I made repair software. after this withis 20 hours smartphone worked normally after 20 hours this problem again
@AndreyK do you happen to recall any specific event taking place after about 20 hours which you can relate to the behaviour returning? For example, did you download a specific app, use a specific feature or anything of the sorts which in turn led to it starting to occur again?
I'll do my best to help you get to the bottom of this @AndreyK.
