yes sure,, I tryed every thing the support told me to do also went to local technicals to help. but there is no solution
Hi @Ug3, sorry to hear about this and I apologize for the late reply.
Do I understand correctly that you have started to experience this behaviour after the device was repaired? If you do, please get in touch with your Local support team and they will arrange a new repair for you.
Keep me posted!
Hi @Joan it seems we don't have local support in Uganda but am organising to Android reset down 👇 to lollipop
Is like the problem is not hardware becouse when you anter in a house or any building it goes to one ber, And on one ber you can't call or use internet .
If you have more idea about that you can help me thanks
My sony Xperia C4 which is less than a year old has the no service problems, I have tried everything from using sony xperia companion, changing the sim card, having it being checked for antenna problem/breaks to factory reset but the network keeps on going off. I am so disapointed. Do you have a return policy for the handset bought through online platform like Jumia?
Hi @Mangara, sorry to hear about this.
I'm not familiar with the Jumia platform, but I work Globally so it may be a service limited to specific markets and that is the reason to why I haven't heard about it. I would recommend that you either get in touch with Jumia directly and ask them about their return policy, or your Local support team.
I hope that helps!
I HAVE SONY XPERIA Z5 BUT NO SERVICE WHAT DO I DO
