Olvide la contraseña de mi teléfono, voy a xperia companion y cuando le doy reparar software me dice que error y que me comunique con el soporte de Sony ya llevo varios dias intentando y nada por favor me pueden indicar que otra manera hay para restaurarlo de fabrica por lo menos muchas gracias

If you are not able to reset your phone using Xperia Companion, you can always try to use Googles service called Find My Device. Simply log in to the service using the google account on the phone, Click on your phone if prompted and choose "Erase".
