My screen was freezing on my Sony z5 so I went to restart. The pone goes through a cycle of trying to restart but closes down on android set up screen with the screen going blank and the red light flashes. Tried the usual power and volime button solution and the 120 sec reset but problem continues. Charge is fine on phone. Suggestions welcome.
