unfortunately memory has stopped

When I try to transfer data from the internal memory to my SD-card i get the message "unfortunately memory has stopped". The SD-card has worked before as well as the transfer feature. I think this started to happen after a warranty repair of my 3.5 mm stereo connector. Any clues about what to do?

Memory has stopped even though i put in a new sd card and still indicated that the memory has stopped. Iv restarted with  sd card in place and still it's not working.

Where did you find the memory app as I couldn't find it.?
