Volte service on z5 dual

Volte service not working on my xperia z5 dual so i call to service provider Airtel n they said only xperia xz2 compatible with volte service same answer frm idea...thn plz tell me wht others cn do who hv z3,z5,z5premium,xz,xzs,xzp,xz1....i dnt knw bt z5 dual not working with today's band frequencies

Hi @Harry751, welcome to our forum!

This is very hard for me to say since all the devices that you mention supports VoLTE, but there are also some other requirements that you can find below.

• your operator and subscription (incl. SIM card) must support VoLTE for the device model you're using.
• depending on operator, your phone must sometimes be operator-branded and/or use operator-customised system software.
• your phone must be in range of an LTE/4G network.

In your case, its the operator that does not support it for other devices and they need to enable this for in your case, the Xperia Z5 Dual SIM model. Your best option is to get in touch with Airtel and see if they can assist you further, or if they plan on enabling it for other models as well.
