So if I understand you correctly, the LED light of the phone lights up in green when you connect the phone to a charger, but the phone will not boot up as usual? Please correct me if I have misinterpreted your question.
One thing that might do the trick in order to start the phone up is to force a restart of the phone by pressing and holding the power-key and the volume up-key simultaneously for ten to fifteen seconds or until the phone vibrates.
If a forced restart procedure as described above doesn't succeed in turning on your device, you should try another kind of forced restart - the two-minute restart procedure using the steps below.
- Open the SIM and/or memory card slot cover.
- Using the tip of a pen or similar object, press and hold down the small OFF button (generally indicated by the text "OFF") for 120 seconds (ignoring any vibrations), and then release the OFF button.
- Charge the device until a charging icon appears on the screen.
- Turn on your device.
