Admins and moderators, why did you not answer this question? Does it support Qi Wireless charging? Many sources listed that it did, but it is not in the official product sheet. An answer would be much appreciated.

Xperia Z1 Compact doesn't support wireless charging.

Thanks for your Answers Mr. Johan....
Now regarding my question about Docking + microUSB use...
Would an "L" shape USB cable for USB Host or an "L" shape MHL cable would be enough to be able to plug it while charging...
I know the solution would be to raise the dock on top of a book or something but, as it is, how much is the clearance between the microUSB port and the surface underneath?
It should work. As said before there is no technical limitation for using magnetic charging and USB at the same time. So if you can find an USB cable with as you say an L connector that fits it should work.

Actually Sony themselves used to ship L connectors with Xperia handsets (e.g. LT26i) in the past, Sony part number is EC600L (or EC600R I assume)
Is it true that when you use the flash, it reflects inside the the glass and it reaches the sensor?
Because users are experiencing yellow (with the yellow back one), blue (with the black back one), etc. hues on the photos.

there's a separate thread for the camera issues here: http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/Xperia-Z1-Compact/Sony-Z1-Compact-why-is-the-camera-so-poor-Comparison...
And yes, it is true. But apparently not for all.
Easiest way to find out: take a photo of your night sky in auto mode with flash. Should you be affected, you will see some color "fog" on one side of the picture. There are plenty of sample pics in the linked thread.
Hello.
This question got popular all of a sudden.
What technology actually is used in LCD display? IPS ? TN ?
Yes, we all heard in press releases and different reviews that it's IPS but there is no official information in the White Paper or at any official sources (at least, i couldn't find it). Also, one russian Sony's support manager hasn't given me any usefull info. She said only about Triluminos and Bravia TV technologies which in known and obvious.
Thank you.

The video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_G6aSZgKUfI - shows how to easily sags back panel and what it thin (hangs in the hands).
In the text of the article - http://habrahabr.ru/company/vilianov_inc/blog/211687/ , which the authors analyzed Z1 Compact on the video, says of plastic, not glass.
You will again say that the back panel the Sony Xperia Z1 Compact is made of glass?
@Vladimir, it is marketed as all glass front and rear, and all review sites confirm that, so if it was actually plastic then I guess Sony would be in trouble.
Until Sony say otherwise, I am inclined to believe them.
