It's true, I got an EC600L with my Acro S, and you can indeed connect it to the MicroUSB port while the phone is in the DK32 dock.

On an unrelated note, I am disapointed that Qi charging is not supported; it was an important factor in my decision to buy a Z1 Compact.

Actually the Feb version of the whitepaper no longer mentions the back being made of glass...

The presales version (Jan 2014) clearly stated "Both the front and back are made of durable tempered glass, reflecting the world around you ..." whereas the updated version (Feb2014) is said to have this rephrased to a simple "The front side of the phone is made of durable tempered glass, reflecting the world around you ..."

After being a loyal and loving user of Sony smartphones for many years I must say I am VERY disappointed to say the least.

Actually I feel downright betrayed by Sony marketing (probably even with glass backs on the presales samples handed out to the press for testing etc. and reducing it to plain plastic for the masses?). That's not the way to keep loyal customers, esp. not in combination with the flash bleeding issue and "superior crap mode" of the otherwise excellent camera.

Sorry Sony, you have utterly failed on this one. And I am pretty sure I will not keep the Z1c, simply because I feel like you tried to cheat an me.

I have just bought a Z1 Compact.

1. How can I change the setting of Active Clip.

I want it to save the screenshot as long as I press the function.

2. If the setting of Active Clip can't be changed, is there any other app can do so.

I don't want to use power button and volume down.

Using the buttons is a llitle inconvenient, and I am afraid they are broken if I use too much.

3. When will Z1 Compact update Android 4.4?

Hi Johan, I saw in some Unboxing videos of the xperia z1 compact a USB OTG host in the box, does this host comes to all countries or no?

Apparently it does.

At least USB stick (tried a 32GB) and USB mouse can be confirmed working. Haven't tried a keyboard, but I don't expect any problem there either.

BTW: The Xperia S (LT26i) already supported USB OTG, so this is not exactly new with Sony....

Thanks for the confirmation Olav.  I am looking at connecting an external DAC to play 24 bit audio files, so that is good news. The phones haven't hit AUstralia yet, and I wasn't sure about this functionality.
