Firstly, i'm french so sorry for my english!

Hi. I bought a z1 Compact in official amazon seller and it's a new since 3 weeks.

After 3 days, the level of my ringtones is low. And all applications ( youtube, walkman...) are very low even if the gauge is in max.

I respect all the good coditions.

No water, no heat... (It's my third sony and i have zero problem in my olds.)

I haven't do the update and this damage is appear.

I do the update android and sony software with xperia companion and the problem is always here.

I have do hard reset with the phone and with xperia companion, same problem...

Have you got a person with this problem ?
