Xperia Z headphone jack won't detect headphone
I was listening to music and then after a while I realized the music wasn't coming from my earphones anymore but from the phone's speakers, even when the earphones were plugged in. I tried plugging them in again several times, still won't work. Is it a software update issue, or a hardware issue? My earphones work fine on my laptop, so i don't think it's an issue with my earphones.

Indeed this is phone is the worse phone I've had and it is a shame for a company like Sony to sell this garbage. In the era of information and communication selling a device that has an issue on every aspect related to basic functions would make any phone producer recall the devices and replace them.
So to summarize why I would never ever buy a Sony phone, phone application crashed almost weekly only after 2-3 months after buying, making it unusable for phone calls, agenda would just disappear until a power off/ power on is issued, jack connector is unusable unless a third party application is installed to manage it, fingerprint sensor is almost unusable, phone opens in the pocket and you find it doing all kind of things by itself, like removing icons on the home screen, and many, many, more Oh, not to forget, the best thing of all, after replacing it and letting this phone lay on the desk I get weekly reminders to restart my phone as a recommendation by Sony ...
