Hello. I recently bought a brand new Xperia z5 premium off eBay.
everything seemed to work great but I soon realized I cannot make or receive any voice calls. I could however send/receive texts. Every time I try to call, it hangs in calling until the phone drops the signal and the call ends itself. When I try to open the call forwarding/bar settings, it says network/SIM card error with loss of signal. In fact, the signal is lost most of the time. I tried different SIM cards as well but same symptom. I also tried Xperia Companion software fix and factory reset numerous times.
