Telescope

Hi, I've attached my alpha 100 to a telescope with an adaptor that replaces the lens, but when I try to take a picture it just comes up with a message telling me there is no lens attached, is there a way to "fool" the camera into thinking there is a lens attached

You have to post some photos since I am keen to see the results. I have always love astrophotography!

From memory, the option of shutter lock is on Custom Menu 2. Disabling this function should allow you to use the body without it having to panic of no lens being attached. I do recal it can also be bypassed by using manual and Tv mode.
