I have the following set up in my new house
Sony KDL-40HX803
Sony BDV-E670W
2x Pair of S-Air speakers
I am struggling to find the best places to put the speakers and wondered if someone could help, the system is a 7.1, below is a very quick plan of our room.
I understand the Subwoofer can go behind the TV, the Centre Speaker just in front on the TV and front left and front right either side of the TV.
My main thing is where to put the S-Air speakers Surround L/R and Surround Back L/R.

Im sure you have this all sorted by now. But if other are reading - for odd shaped rooms, it is crucial to get the calibration of the audio correct - meaning setting the right distance and level of the speakers, otherwise you may get an echo effect or the timings and volume of individual speakers are out.
I have an Aunty that has the exact same shape lounge room - but they wall mounted the TV and are happy with just a soundbar
