STR-DN1030 No Network Menu

I've picked up a DN1030 and am going round the houses a bit.

I cannot connect to a network. if I use an Ethernet cable and go into Settings>Network I get a blank screen with "Network Settings" across the top and no options.
If I disconnect the Ethernet cable and enter Settings>Network the screen goes blank and the amp drops back to the TV input.

I've seen a few posts on this, but with no clear solution. I appreciate that the amp isn't a current model but i would really like to solve this problem.

Hi there

To me, this is sounding like a hardware fault.  However I would advise resetting the STR-DN1030 back to defaults.  Instructions are on page 36 of the manual : HERE.

Yes, Ive reset it a number of times.

I might rip the top off and have a look. It might be something really obvious?
