Unfortunately, Sony will not do upgrades - so you will have to look for a third-party solution.
If you Google for Slimline Internal BD-ROM or Slimline Internal BD-RE, depending on if you want a blu-ray burner or just a player, you will see that they cost around £80 - £100.
You will then have to pay for fitting and you may have to buy a blu-ray player software like PowerDVD or WinDVD (About £60).
What model Vaio do you have? You will have to make sure your processor/graphics are capable of BD Playback.
