Hi Guys, I wondering how to get full access to bios, I have been restoring my laptop for the last time due to poor performance system, I would like to change it to AHCI mode and intall windows 7 again.

Unfortunately the BIOS has very limited options on Vaio's, are you not able to use the recovery disc's to re-install the Sony supplied Windows 7 OS.?
