VAIO Fn (help me please)

Hello
I have a sony vaio VGN-AW41MF_H and when a press the button Fn+F5/F6 the bright does not ajust...
what should i do, why this button does not work? help me please?
should i instal something in my pc?

Hi danu15,

Assuming that you are using the original operating system (Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit) try reinstall in the following utilities in the given order.

• Setting Utility Series
• Sony Shared Library
• VAIO Event Service
• VAIO Control Center
• Also, if you have installed your own OS, the SFEP driver needs to be correctly installed (first) from within Device Manager.
