a6100 jpg low quality

Hi all

Could you please share your experience regarding jpg quality from a6100?

At least in my case, even at iso 1000 the results are unacceptable. Extreme high noise levels and to be more specific not grain but these terrible artifacts, that no one application can reduce or correct

Can’t see your image with “these terrible artifacts”.

Actually never used jpg format, it’s for smartphones

Don't seems so bad to me.

It's an aps-c sensor from 2019. It's good.

To manage better the noise (and a lot of other parameter) shot in raw format and develop in postproduction.

At the shot time you can improve your settings: 1000iso | 1/800 | f8 is good for dynamic situation and all in focus. You can push down up a stop on diaphragm and 2 stops on time: 200iso | 1/200 | f6,3 could be better if you need images more clean.
