Hi all,
I have just received the Sony DPF-W700 photo frame as a Christmas gift.
I have gone through the setup and have hit a small glitch! I am currently in Australia, but the time zone for Australia (Brisbane) is sadly missing from the list; all others are present. The closest I can get is Australia (Sydney); unfortunately, there is a one-hour time difference between the two cities so my display is incorrect.
Do any of you know how I can rectify this? I have set the time manually but that's only a partial solution as this prevents me from setting the weather display for my city.
Any help gratefully received.
Season's greetings!
Sharon M.

Hello Sharon - Welcome to the Sony Forums
There is some information about setting the date and time in the manual on page 58 - you can read the electronic copy here:
http://www.docs.sony.com/release/DPF-W700_WA700_handbook.pdf
If your local area is not available in the software then it may be a known software glitch/omission. You could always try reporting the issue directly to Sony in Australia - their contacts details are here:
https://www.sony.com.au/section/contactus
Hopefully they will be able to give you a definitive answer either way - although this wouldn't affect the general operation of the photo frame it would naturally be annoying to not have the weather function for your home city as I am aware (albeit from the other side of the world) that Brisbane is a pretty big place!
Thanks,
Simon
