There are various adapter rings that you can buy which will allow you to use Nikon lenses on a Sony NEX camera (E-Mount). If you take a look at this example which can be found on Amazon.com:

You will be able to read a number of reviews from users that have already tried doing this to see what works well and what does not. Naturally, there are also a number of UK based sellers offering these adapter rings but at the same time I thought it may be useful to read about the experiences of other users.
