Out of warranty repair charges?

I'm weighing up my options here - I might buy a third party warranty for my a99 and a77...

When the one year warranty expires, how much does Sony charge to repair one of these two cameras?  Is it a flat fee or are there different fee scales?

What about accidental damage?  Are charges made on the same basis?

How about lenses?  I have a CZ24-70 and a 50/1.4.

For specific information about repair charges, I would advise you to contact Sony Customer Services directly for more information as they should be able to let you know about the range of fees involved. This will also help you to make a comparison when looking at third party repair rates.
