Stuck between the 2 tvs above....going into a kitchen snug so either sitting quite close or really far away!
Mainly for watching sports (football and golf) and regular tv programmes...not movies.
A80L currently about £100 cheaper than X90L...current tv is a XH9505 full array and more than happy with it....just relocating and upsizing.
Which option would you experts recommend (already using a soundbar so no replacement required)?
Thanks in advance

Hi @bluedayve
No experts here, just standard Sony customers 😀 ... I personally would go for the A95L, but then again, they are all 2023 models.
The main difference is obviously A80 is OLED and X90 is Direct LED.
OLED has a better side viewing angle. A80 has 16GB storage and X90 has 32GB.
In general terms, 70 = Value, 80 = Mid Range and 90 = Premium Range.
The X90 has two remotes and better audio. If it is not the main TV, I would always go for the X90.
Look carefully at the stands, if space is an issue.
Comparison between: 54.6" Sony XR-55A80L EU, 54.6" Sony XR-55X90L EU

Thanks...going back up on the wall so stands not an issue.
A95L a bit rich for me...the Bravia 7 was the ideal choice but even that was another £300 on top of X90.
So even though A80 is cheaper, X90 is better option?
