Hi there

Unfortunately I do not know why its not resolved yet as I am not an employee of Sony.  However the work around solution is to install KODI instead from the Google Play Store on the TV.

Kodi's complicated, but it is not a good player app. Network lejátzás
falter.
The best quality of the factory would VIDEO app.
Now the ARCHOS media player app installed temporarily.
I'm waiting for the solution from SONY...
