Booking had failed

Hi all any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m getting this message when I try to record. I have registered the Hd and formatted it on the tv but still can’t record, any suggestions please.

Hi @Stormyboy   The full model number should start with KD or XR and will look like XR-55A95K or KD-55XE9305.
