I have seen some of this model for sale described as 'Master Series' is this a variant of the model, or are they all 'Master Series'?

I don't think there is anything special about the "MASTER Series". It is not until you asked the question, did I look up my TV and it is a "MASTER Series". I wouldn't have known, or cared (still don't care) until you prompted me.

The important number is 9x, which is the premium line of Sony TVs.

Thanks, I don't care either, but I am thinking of selling mine and don't want to describe it as something it's not. btw you say you looked up your TV, where?

Hi, thanks, that page shows the A90K as 'Master Series" so that's good enouhh for me.
