No WiFi connection with sky q box home button and sync menu button not working

Hi

due to work at home the electrics were turned off - since then my Sony Bravia now has lost its WiFi connection - the sky q box appears to be working fine but both the sync menu and home button are not working. 

any help would be really appreciated

Thank you I did a reset in the end and the buttons are all back working!
