Remote (IR) no response / lag for less than minute - 50w809c

Hi there,

does any one have an issue that sometimes (rarely, like once a day) the tv stops responding to remote commands for some seconds - less than a minute, then it comes back to normal operation ? No repetable scenario causing this - just random.

Unfortunately this is a known issue.  It happens to me too.

From my understanding, a cause has not been determined as of yet
