Update February 2020 KG55AG8 reduced picture size display

Updated  my Bravia yesterday and found when displaying videos  from files the pictures and videos no longer fill the screen but are much reduced in size - almost like PIP. Tried to adjust in settings but to no avail

Hi Pascale

Found the solution - I was using VLC to stream content from a NAS. I'd tried reinstalling the TV which suddenly resolved the problem. Son said it was more likely to be a VLC problem and next time just clear the VLC cache!
