Yesterday when i switched off my mobile after some hangs then i turned it on , it went to continous bootloop and whenever i

switch on my phone it restarts again after 5 seconds

How to revert it normal?

Try repairing your phone using PC Companion.

no phone cant connect to pc companion because it restarts again

Try repairing it with SUS (sony update service), it connects to the phone in off condition.

Thnks i use sus and my xperi c bact to normal,but after install update theres a green light across the screen but it will dissapear for an hour i choose to power off my phone then the green line gone
