Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
Perform the following to download the Internet settings.
Menu > Settings > More > Internet Settings > Accept Disclaimer > Choose network carrier.
Once done, try using the Internet.

Then you may need to contact your network carrier, this may be an account issue. This could also be a SIM related problem.
I suggest you call the network first, failing this try a new SIM within the device.

Sorry about the wait, have you tried an alternative SIM card yet? as this sounds more like the SIM itself that is no longer working correctly with this device.

finally. it got fixed.
i went to my network operator. Change my sim card and it works fine.
